Hello — I’m Nancy Goldman, Gary’s partner at >Virtical and Chair of our Thought-Leader Advisory Board. My background in hospitality brings a complementary lens to cultural development within senior living, aging services and dementia caregiving for family caregivers. As Baby Boomers reshape expectations around aging, purpose, and community life, senior living communities and faith-based organizations must respond with creativity, empathy, and forward-thinking service cultures. Our Advisory Board of 7 members, along with invited guests from the field, meets quarterly to explore emerging trends, shifts, and opportunities that enrich our coaching and the services we provide.
